Over the course of various IT projects, I continuously expanded my project management expertise and took on key responsibilities in mission-critical initiatives. One notable engagement involved supporting the Federal Administration Office (BVA) in developing a comprehensive enterprise architecture. In this context, I worked as both a business analyst and project manager. My responsibilities included controlling, planning, reporting, process consulting, and the implementation of standardized procedures. The project made use of technologies such as UML, BPMN, XML, JIRA and Confluence. In a separate project, I served as both project manager and developer for the creation of an indie computer game. Working with a cross-functional team, we developed a robust game engine, as well as original graphics, music, and sound effects. The implementation was done using JavaScript and Node.js, supported by tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, and Adobe Photoshop. In addition to game development, I led the development of a PR strategy and established a pricing model for distribution on a major digital marketplace.
